To my readers: My traditional haiku are 5/7/5 syllables.
Fiery skies. Full of life. Why did the skunk have ti run?
I think the skunk ran because I was running with my camera and a cup of coffee...I was glad he left the sunrise to me alone. He left his mark!

I found your Haiku to be ideal - not only did you use the 5/7/5 form beautifully, but, like the best Haiku, it gave you a time of day and year in a few simple words. Perfect. L.
